Licensed Clinician (W-2)
Location: Sycamore Counseling Services, Paducah, KY
Employment Type: Part-time with the opportunity to become Full-Time as caseload builds

Position Overview:
Sycamore Counseling Services, a growing private practice, is seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The ideal candidate will have experience providing evidence based therapeutic services in adolescent populations and an ongoing commitment to work with adolescents and/or children. Strong candidates holding an associate license will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and/or family services with an emphasis on adolescent populations. This individual will be available to see at least 15 clients per week. The ideal therapist can attain full-time status seeing 25-30 clients per week after the first year.
Develop and implement treatment plans that address psychological, emotional, relational and spiritual needs.
Integrate faith (as appropriate and in alignment with client preference) into counseling sessions.
Conduct assessments, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and comply with all ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other clinicians and support personnel.
Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Offer educational workshops, support groups, or community outreach programs when appropriate.
Maintain active licensure and continuing education requirements, including off-site supervision.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Social Work or a related field.
Fully licensed or in the licensure process in the state of Kentucky. Unlicensed individuals will not be considered.
Minimum of 1 years clinical experience preferred, with preference for those with additional training with adolescent populations. Strong candidates with exemplary references from practicum and internship will also be considered.
The candidate must be motivated to develop and build a successful caseload
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain boundaries and professionalism.
