Sycamore Counseling Services is a private-pay outpatient counseling practice grounded in faith based in Paducah, Kentucky. Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, values-aligned environment. We are currently seeking two licensed or associate-level clinicians to join our growing team.

We are hiring part-time to full-time therapists to provide individual, family, and adolescent counseling. Candidates should be warm, clinically skilled, and open to integrating Christian faith into their work with clients where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient counseling to individuals, families, or adolescents

  • Create treatment plans that address emotional, relational, and spiritual needs

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach as needed

  • Integrate Christian faith into therapy when appropriate and in alignment with client’s stated needs

  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with all licensing regulations

Qualifications

  • Licensed or associate-level counselor in Kentucky (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)

  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience (practicum/internship experience may be considered)

  • Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred

  • Clinical training in EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, or similar modalities is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills, warmth, and professionalism

  • Committed to ethical, faith-informed clinical practice

Location

This position is based in Paducah, Kentucky, with in-person services provided in our outpatient office setting. Virtual services are also offered throughout the state of Kentucky.
